小学高级教师、获江苏省园长资格证书、高级育婴师证。曾先后担任苏州外国语学校竹园路幼儿园、金山路幼儿园、济宁孔子国际学校附属幼儿园园长。担任“十二五”课题主持人，多次获得“教科研先进”等荣誉称号，并有多篇论文发表和获奖。前后前往英国、新加坡参观访学，及接受专业学前教育培训。

教育理念:让每个孩子成为主导自己成长发展的主角。

I am a qualified Senior Teacher of both Nursery and Elementary School, as well as a qualified Kindergarten Principal in Jiangsu Province. I have worked as the Principal of Zhuyuan Road Kindergarten and Jinshan Road Kindergarten of Suzhou Foreign Language School, as well as having been the Principal of Jining Confucius International School Affiliated Kindergarten. I have also worked as the host of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” research project, and been honored as a leading authority in the educational research field on many occasions, receiving numerous awards for journal publications. Over the years, I have visited schools in England and Singapore, and attended training related to professional preschool education.

Education Philosophy: I believe that each child should play a main role in their individual development, and we need to encourage that to happen.
